About Kellie
Dr Kellie Swan | Psychologist
Hello and welcome to Little Swan Psychology!
I am a fun and passionate psychologist who loves working with children and families towards better outcomes for everyone.
I have over 15 years experience working with children and families across a variety of settings, including NGOs, schools and clinical research programs. I am involved in teaching and ongoing research in the field of child emotion-regulation, behaviour, attachment, parent-child relationships and family well-being and have contributed to a number of journal articles in peer-reviewed academic publications. I completed a PhD at Griffith University, in the area of evidence-based practice for child-related interventions. I have a keen interest in emotion-regulation, neurodiversity and generally supporting families find their groove.
When I'm away from teaching, research and clinical work, I love spending time camping, swimming and relaxing with my family. As a proud mum to two goofy, energic, fun boys, there's never a dull moment!
